I think what I love about being 60 is that all the fussy things that I worried about incessantly before, simply don't matter.
It helps me choose things that actually matter, and things that don't?
Well, I simply drop them, BOOM!
Today, I am absolutely at my optimal best and that's what I want for you ~
Life is streamlined, simple, I'm fit as a fiddle, and I STILL manage to have lots of fun.
It's easy, simple & complete ~
All you have to do is choose what matters and make time for that...
- I sleep 7-8 hours each night
- I eat a healthy breakfast & take all my vitamins
- I walk Jack 3 times daily
- I work out at the Club say hi to my workout friendies 3 times a week ( I don't knock myself out, but I SHOW UP consistently )
