How it works. When you choose Recurring Orders, you are setting up an automatic repeat order. We ship your product at the frequency you pick (for example, every month or every 2 months), and your saved payment method is charged the subscription price (20% off) for each delivery. Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel — there is no fixed contract and no cancellation fee.
Manage, skip, or cancel anytime. Log in to your account to change your frequency, update your payment or shipping details, skip a shipment, pause, or cancel — or simply email cydney@cydneymarwellness.com and we will take care of it for you. To skip or stop your next order, please make your change at least 2 business days before it is scheduled to ship. Cancelling stops all future orders; it does not refund an order that has already shipped (see our Return Policy).
