Please note that our subscription service is ALMOST perfect, except that it only accepts recurring subscriptions on Credit Cards. They are working on getting it to sync with Paypal, and we will let you know if they get it done!!

We LOVE the simplicity of the service, the flexibility as well as the ease with which you can manage your own subscriptions ( you can adjust everything except the price, that's my job ! )

Customs & Duties & Taxes

We ship our products mostly by Canada Post. If you are purchasing from a country other than Canada and shipping it, it is possible that your country may request that you pay customs and duties on the products. We do not charge taxes as it is being exported out of the country. Please check with your Customs & Duties department in your government for more information.

What is your Return Policy ?

We guarantee the quality of our products, however, everyone's system is a little bit different so there will be a range of results. Some people may have other issues such a slow liver etc that may affect results. We will make every effort to help you choose what we believe will be best for you, the best protocols, however, we do recommend that you check in with your Dr, as we encourage collaborative efforts in maintaining your optimal health.

That being said, we will refund you fully excepting shipping costs if you truly are not satisfied.  To date, the only refund we have made upon the request of the client was because she was not comfortable taking capsules. At the moment our products are only available in veggie capsule form. The next best approach is to open the capsules and add the contents to your favorite smoothie, a bowl of yogurt or your all time fav pancake mix !! Talk about Healthy Happy!

Refunds 

When a refund is processed our system requires that the money is first received, then we can action the refund. That's why it can take a few days ( up to 5 working days ) to process it. Our system will send an email confirming the refunded amount so that you can follow up the receipt in your accounts. If you need further assistance, please email me at cydney@cydneymarwellness.com and I will do my best to follow up and ensure that your refund was taken care of properly. 

 

What if I don't like taking capsules?

Good question! We do have some clients who suffer from gag reflex and simply cannot swallow a pill, no matter WHAT they do, think, try or pretend. Our capsules are veggie caps that can be opened and the contents can be added into a favorite smoothie, yogurt or energy drink. I used to take Boost when I was getting better to consume more calories ( I was stick thin and if I did not drink 3-4 a day in between meals, I would lose weight, no bueno !! ) so I used to mix the extra vitamins into my Ensure or Boost ( whatever was on sale, lol ) 

Sometimes I make a Yogurt breakfast or snack of probiotic yogurt, some granola, fresh fruits like apples of bananas... this would be a perfect meal to mix in some of the contents of your veggie caps into ~ 

What about the ingredients? Where are they on your site ?? 

We are a FULL disclosure company... The EXACT label is a thumbnail image, that you need to click on ( just like Amazon ) to select it, then you click on it a second time to enlarge it. It is there for your information, safety against any contraindications.  Could someone steal our recipes? Yup. We stand behind the quality, source, and packaging of our products. We control ALL of our ingredients. We do not contact OUT the ingredient list, as we ONLY buy from our TRUSTED long-term suppliers, and this sets us apart from many of the manufacturers of vitamins & supplements. We have often been asked why if a client has tried a certain ingredient before and it did not work, why ours does. Well, now you know. 

Please print off the labels to bring to your Dr or ND to show them so they can be confident there are no contraindications or concerns. The ingredient list of complicated and the amounts are hard to recall, so just print them off, make your notes, make healthy informed choices. 

Do you take all your own supplements ?? 

I take MOST of them... I don't take the Smart Thinking, as I take the Energetic Body & Mind. My idea in creating the Cydney Mar Wellness product line was to make an effective vitamins & supplement line that was easy and fun. That it would remind you of your goal and tell you what it was for, not just what it was.

Please consider what you feel you need support in, what is resonating with you, and if you are not sure, I am always glad to hop on a call with you to discuss your health and to help you make healthy choices. 

You are of Asian Descent, you have great genes, I won't ever look as good as you at your age as you, so why do you think this will work for me ?? 

Hey, I wish I had great genes, and while they aren't bad, they aren't that fab either. We are all born with about the same Standard Issue. My Mother passed away at 65, my father at 69, my Aunt not much later and my closest female cousin also passed away at about 67. They had cancer, emphysema, lupus,  bad bones and arthritis. 

In my opinion, I was blessed with being active at a fairly young age and that led me to skating and to starting my journey to learn about supplements at an early age ( 13 ) This totally saved my skin as they were chock full of anti-oxidants. That saved my skin and helped me keep my youthful beauty. 

I have asked our NDs regarding everyone else who may only be starting their journey now. They said that the body's cells renew every  28 days and continues to renew the cells and structure. So where ever you are at is perfectly fine and that the pathway to healing can start now. 

Start by making healthy choices and step by step we will help you find your way back to fabulous health. What I don't know, I will ask of my incredible team t help you in every way that we can. The body is designed to heal itself, sometimes it just needs a wee bit of help to set it right and on its way to perfectly vibrant health.

Can the vitamins be taken together? 

Yes, for the most part. Our vitamins are superfoods and can be taken at the same time. There are a  few recommendations for instance as with the Energetic Body & Mind, we like to suggest that it not be taken too late in the day as the boost of energy can cause you to a wee bit too energetic when it is time to get that fabulously restful sleep. 

If we eat properly, why can't we get everything we need in the foods? 

 Gosh, I wish!! I believe that today we live extraordinary lives and that more and more is required for us to show up in ways that are beyond what the foods we can consume can provide for us. We are more stressed, want to produce more, exercise more, be present with our aging parents, still take care of our kids and friends. Life seems to demand more and with that, I believe as my dear father would say, Cyd, if the car doesn't go, check to see if the gas is empty.

What is the Shelf Life for these Vitamins & Supplements?

Three years is our shelf life, and all bottles are marked with an expiry date and a  Lot number.

Is Cydney Mar a Naturopath? 

No, I am not an ND. I am a very well informed layperson who has an elite athlete background and I have been surrounded by and influenced by many experts in my lifetime. I have direct and personal experiences to share in my quest for optimal health that I share with you here at Cydney Mar Wellness. We do have the 35 years expertise of the manufacturer as well as the company Naturopaths. Our manufacturer sits on the Canadian Board of Natural Health.  If you have a health question, we are always happy to share knowledge and to help you make healthy choices, supported by our ND, however,  you should always check with your healthcare professionals.

Yes, we will ship to you anywhere in the world. To date, we have proudly shipped 8 countries and 97 cities successfully. We mostly ship via The Postal systems and we have a 100% delivery success rate, with most shipments arriving in 5-7 days and super far away places approximately 10 days.
