At Cydney Mar Wellness, we pride ourselves on quick shipping, friendly customer service, and support.

Our Shipping is via the Canada Post and we offer a variety of services, which you can choose from depending on what you want to pay & how quickly you want it to arrive to you.

Generally speaking, we ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order, sometimes 48 hours. Most people chose the basic Postal services and that is on average a 3-5 window of time. That means your shipment should arrive a week later.

Once we pack your order, the system sends an email confirmation to you, so you can check on your orders approximate delivery. 

Canada Post and the International Post Offices are pretty good at getting your orders to you in decent time. However, we cannot control the Post Office once it leaves our hands. 

If your country requires you to pay a Customs & Duties, generally speaking, the Postal Worker leaves you a card that your package is at the Post Office to pay the duties & to pick up.

Countries that take about 2 weeks shipping could be ~Australia, New Zealand, China, India etc, simply because they are so far from Canada.
