It’s Sexy Water Time !! Hehehe … Gotcha did I ??

Every time I hop onto do a Facebook LIVE, I am toting my tall glass of water with a few slices of lemon in it and I cajole you into drinking more water.

I am a creature of sexy water habits :)

I was being interviewed the other day by a good friend for her upcoming wellness podcast and she asked me to share a few of my healthy secrets that could be actioned right away.

And I said to her, gosh if I had ONLY one thing to encourage everyone to do, it would be to please, please to commit to drinking water every single day. Dehydration is rampant and causes all sorts of maladies.
And drinking enough water is part of the cure.

How easy is that ??

It’s easily available to almost everyone, most have clean water sources at home or we can get water bottles.  We can simply commit to drinking 2-3 liters of water a day.

What’s that look like?
I use these lovely tall glasses which are about 500ml = 4 per day = 2 litres

When I drive my car, I prepare my 1 liter water bottle and place it by my car keys

I'm all about making it easy! 
When I leave my place, I grab my water bottle, my keys and off I go ~

Our bodies are made up of about 70% water. Water is the building block of our cells, it helps regulate our body temperature ( calling all athletes, weekend athletes and those of us going into menopause who need to cool off ! ) Water is needed to metabolize proteins and carbohydrates, it lubricates the joints ( goodbye achy joints ! ) insulates the brain, spinal cord, and organs. Water acts as a shock absorber for the body. It flushes toxins and wastes.

Crazy right? Easy-peasy right?

Okie !

How about we all commit to lovely sexy water?

Your skin will look radiant, you will have great mental clarity ( oh yes, being dehydrated even a bit, causes mental confusion ! )

If you have any allergies, lack of water restricts your airways, water helps your digestive system, reduces fatigue, lowers cholesterol, and is essential for heart health and speeds your metabolism ( hello, easy few pounds off ! )
