It’s already February and I am thinking about Self Love   January has come and gone, Chinese New Years was SUPER fun and Valentines Day is almost here. I am getting all worried about all my commitments. I want to do everything! Tonight I am sitting here at my writing desk, looking out into the night and reflecting on the beautiful community of women around me. I'm so very grateful to be able to connect and share our stories. Everyday, we care for each other, encourage each other and hold each other up.  I find it interesting that I am hearing from my friends that they are sharing their successful remedies within their circle, of daughter in-laws recommending for their mother in laws, mothers asking if their 13 year old daughters can take our remedies and soul sisters offering to hand carry...
