Healthy Habits Hack ~ Conseils faciles pour ne pas oublier de prendre ses vitamines !

 Having trouble remembering to take you vitamins ?? You aren't alone !!

You've picked some great vitamins & supplements ... and say YES !! New health regime, I'm going to feel fabulous !! Yup, every morning , blah, blah, blah...

Why, oh why is it so hard to actually remember to take them ? You know they are good for you, you want to remember ~  

I have  a few easy tips & tricks that will help you easily incorporate your new healthy choices into your already packed daily routine. 

First , I like to keep things simple ( that's my song yah know ! ) I keep all of my vitamins together on a tray. Makes it easy to pull the tray out, I organize my vitamins ONCE a week, I have these little glass spice dishes ( 7 of them, see them on the tray ? ) that I sort my vitamins into daily dishes. That way, its all sorted and I don't have to fuss about with them each day ( I love my vitamins, but that would make me crazy! )

Then I take the little vitamin filled dishes and I put them in the cupboard BESIDE my coffee cups. In the morning, I make coffee, get my cup, grab my daily dish of vitamins, make breakfast and pour myself a lovely glass of lemon water to take my vitamins with while my coffee is brewing. 

Aren't they cute ? Each week when I sort my vitamins, it also reminds me about what I might be running out of ( then I jot it onto my shopping list ) and when I travel, I put the contents of the daily dishes into the little ziplock bags that I have sent you with your vitamin care packages. 

And lastly, I like to use a post it note that I use as a tally, good old Lumber's tally marks, to help me commit to taking them, gives me a visual score card to be proud about. If its a new habit I am trying to form, I do it for at least 30 days. This cheers me on, makes me feel accomplished and is easy to do. Sometimes I put little happy faces on it, stars etc... whatever charms, amuses you and encourages you !
