Happy Earth Day!!

It's almost Spring here in Montreal, and I am feeling super grateful for the weather warming up, the skies brighter, and bluer, it makes it all feel fresher.

I'm still busy trasher-cising, trying to be as mindful as I can about Mother Earth & making as healthy as I can choices. Every day I wonder what else I can do? 

Buy less, recycle more, reuse as much as I can, and make healthier choices.
