I just came back from a quick trip to NYC and it reminded me that all healthy travel needs to be tackled the same way ~
Packing & Planning ahead ~
- Pack your typical vitamins in wee Ziplock bags ( stay on your usual habits! and try to do "as usual ")
- Pack some of your fave teas ( in case there is only hot chocolate, lol )
- Pack some snacks IE mini packs of almonds, Granola like Molly's Best Grab & Go Granola for one the go healthy happy yummies.
- Eat normally, I went to a FABULOUS French Restaurant Sunday at AOC for brunch and ordered a delish omelet that was pretty much the size of my HEAD... I decided to eat what was normal ( half, lol ) and simply stop. Full stop.
More than anything, enjoy and try to keep some semblance of normal ( eating, sleeping & moving that wonderful body of yours! )
