A few weeks ago, I sent an email asking what you need and want ~
And it was interesting as I was asked about Vitamin D ( which I don’t make myself, as I focus on complex formulations, rather than single ingredient Vitamins ~ )
And in my discussion, she was like but why not?
I know & trust your quality, so in the meantime, what or who should I buy from while I pester you to make a great quality Vitamin D?
So in my subsequent conversations with my manufacturer & ND, what it really boils down to is this:
If you need to supplement your Vitamin D ~
( hey it is winter in this hemisphere & for those of us in Montreal its often grey skies & not much sunshine where we might get it naturally ) then a better choice is a Vitamin D3 that comes from animal based sources ( like egg yolks, oily fish, liver, butter ) rather than a Vitamin D2 which comes from fortified foods, mushrooms, and perhaps dietary supplements )
So for those of us in Winter & Grey Skies, choose the version that meets YOUR requirements, and if you are comfortable, choose from a Vitamin D3 source if you feel the need to supplement your Vitamin D needs.
