A few days ago, I had a funny conversation with a friend client as I was discussing how much water to drink per day ~
I love to keep it simple and suggest ( an average ) of 2-3 litres per day.
He said " CYDNEY !!, I'll be pissing EVERYWHERE!! "
I'm sorry, but I burst out laughing, and said, ok, so, first of all, how many times in a day do you think is normal to pee?? ( in a 24 hour period )
He said ... I don't know!
Funnily enough, I had researched it and the research said, 4-10 times per day. 4 being kind of dehydrated ( not enough water ) and 10 might be well hydrated.
ZO!! Let's work it out ~
Get up , #1 Pee
Off to work, #2 Pee
Mid AM , #3 Pee
Noon #4 Pee
Later in afternoon # 5 Pee
After Supper time-ish #6 Pee
Before Bed # 7 Pee
People!!, It's NORMAL ...
They do recommend that we start drinking our water early in the day ~
Yup, 4-6 TALL glasses approx and if you drink coffees or alcohol, they reduce the amount of hydration, so you will have to drink MORE, if you do indulge :)
They also recommend that 2 hours before bedtime ( if we try to go to bed at 11, please stop drinking at 9pm ) go to the washroom before you go to sleep, to try to reduce disturbing your sleep by getting up in the night.
I have always recommended to jot down on a post it note ( hey I am old fashioned, going into my 60th year!! )
However, for you lovely tech peeps, there are some fun Apps that you can get to calculate your liquid consumptions, like My Water.
I do truly believe that water is the essence of life and I would be delighted to go to my grave having inspired you to drink more water.
Much love to you all, much water drinking too!!

Water is a popular topic. Like your picture I usually add organic lemon to mine. I definitely drink about 8 glasses a day and sometimes more. I buy filtered mineral water and fill glass jugs with it. Then I wrap one of the accessories that comes with my BEMER around the glass jugs and that adds the BEMER signal to the water and helps it become wetter. There is another step. For drinking I use a container that turns it to alkaline ph . I know there are home filters and systems for alkalizing water but I keep it simple and it works well for me.
