Recipes for Health!
I am excited to share one of my favorite recipes for health, the first of a weekly series. Each week, I will upload new recipes under the tab called Recipes for Health.
It isn't very fancy, its packed full of nutritional goodness ( if you are organic, just switch out all the ingredients for your healthy happy ). I love this recipe as a dash & go lunch, a perfect side with avocado & fresh tomatoes perhaps garnished with cilantro ( if you are a cilantro lover, which I am if you aren't, then substitute a fragrant Italian parsley or favorite fresh herb ) or used as a base for spiced baked fish or chicken!
It can be eaten hot or cold, 100% your choice.
Many of my friends have tried it, asked for the recipe, so here it is, enjoy!!
